One-Year Limited Product Warranty for Laser Me Therapy Laser Device

Product: This One-Year Limited Warranty specifically pertains to the Laser Me Therapy Laser Device.

Coverage: This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

Warranty Period: The Warranty Period for products purchased from our website is 1 year from the date of purchase.

What We Will Do: During the Warranty Period, Jeff Starkman Wellness, Inc, will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What We Will Not Do: The warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
  • Damage resulting from natural disasters, accident, misuse, abuse, or other external causes
  • Products with the serial number or any part of it removed, altered, or defaced

Terms and Conditions

1. Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase. This warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from LaserMe.pro, Jeff Starkman Wellness, Inc, or authorized resellers.

2. Repairs and Replacements: Repairs and replacements under this warranty will be made using new or refurbished products or parts. Any replacement product will have the remaining warranty period of the original product or 90 days, whichever is longer.

3. Exclusions and Limitations: This warranty does not cover damages caused by services performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider. It does not cover costs related to the removal, installation, or transportation of the product.

4. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Limitation of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jeff Starkman Wellness, Inc, is not responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory. 6. Governing Law: This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
